Your Opportunity: Our Horizon team is growing! Join us as a Business Analyst driving and supporting our Oracle implementation, and a key contributor to our full Oracle (Horizon) design. The Enterprise Transformation Team is partnering with all Business Units and areas of the business to implement streamlined, standardized, and simplified business processes through our Oracle solution. The Schedule to Produce/Store to Move (STP/STM) - Manufacturing & PJM Business Analyst position will be involved in the system development lifecycle including testing, implementation, enhancement, and support. The role is positioned to promote leading practice, as well as influence and support Taylor’s future organizational structure.

Your Responsibilities:
System Maintenance:
- Manage and support the configuration of the Oracle & PJM application, understanding up and downstream impacts
- Analyze and troubleshoot the ERP functional issues and manage communications to business units
- Lead the Quarterly Release process, partnering with Subject Matter Experts to test functionality and sign off
- Provision application user access
Requirement Gathering/Continuous Improvement:
- Work with Business Subject Matter Experts to analyze current operational procedures, identify areas for improvement and offer possible solutions
- Communicate and translate requirements effectively between business areas and IT
- Act as a liaison between business end users and IT development teams; Consult on configuration, testing and maintenance to ensure optimal operational performance
- Responsible for collaborating with the business to create detailed use cases, process flows, prototyping, test cases and test scenarios to implement quality solutions
Testing:
- Lead or participate in testing activities, provide input into test plans, write test scripts and test cases
- Facilitate and direct testing defect tracking and reporting as needed
- Responsible for managing, creating and executing test cases and scenarios
- Lead the Oracle Quarterly release testing and facilitate of updates to all BU
Support:
- Support Business SMEs through training, enhancements or new updates in Oracle or PJM systems
- Level 1 & 2 support for Help Desk issue resolution
- Support error resolution process for integrations and workflows
- Develop and manage plant assessment program across the Horizon platform
You Must Have:
- PJM experience
- Oracle Fusion experience
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking information from new people
- An innovative and detail-oriented mindset
- The ability to be a change agent willing to challenge the status quo
- Knowledge in designing and constructing business processes and their links to technology
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Organization and project management skills
- Ability to travel in the US up to 25%
We Would Prefer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience; especially experience that leverages Oracle technology or Shop Floor systems
- Experience with Oracle technology and the following areas: Manufacturing & Quality
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $69,200 - $86,500. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
