Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Director, Account Management to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading Taylor Print Impressions' most critical customer relationships while directing a team of Strategic Account Managers. This leader owns strategic account growth, retention, profitability, executive customer engagement, and development of long-term account strategies that create sustainable value for both the customer and the organization. The position reports directly to the Business Unit President.

Your Responsibilities:
- Own client outcomes end-to-end. Lead the full lifecycle of our highest-value accounts, from onboarding through retention with direct accountability for performance.
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Work closely with the sales team to accelerate organic and new business growth through strategic initiatives, while building lasting client relationships that drive continued business expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Category Leaders and Operations) to align organizational priorities with customer needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers and senior executives within strategic accounts and proactively address client challenges and opportunities, ensuring strong business partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction, performance metrics, and growth potential.
- Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Understand and apply market pricing trends to ensure growth, retention, profitability and overall competitiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers by establishing clear performance expectations, driving accountability, and supporting professional growth.
- Establish best practices, standard operating procedures and KPIs for account management success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Implement data-driven decision-making by leveraging account analytics, customer insights, and performance metrics.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall account management effectiveness.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape customer strategy, market priorities, and long-term business planning.
- Champion a best-in-class customer experience by ensuring service excellence and consistent execution.
You Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
- Process-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
