Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to join the team in Fenton, MO! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by supporting customers throughout the order process, ensuring requests are completed accurately and efficiently, and partnering with internal teams to meet customer needs. This position is highly detail-oriented and includes significant data entry and administrative responsibilities. You'll also serve as the first point of contact for the facility, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing front desk support as needed.
Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Schedule:
- 1st shift; Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional OT opportunities may be available on the weekend.
- Full-time, onsite at 1540 Fencorp Dr, Fenton, MO 63026.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, proactive communication with internal and external partners.
- Manage customer relationships, expectations, escalations, and issue resolution through root cause analysis and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate projects, deliverables, workflows, and deadlines to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Estimation, PrePress, PreFlight, Shipping, and other teams to support customer needs.
- Review quotes, purchase orders, job documentation, communications, proofs, and reports for accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize business systems and tools to manage timelines, job requirements, and customer information.
- Perform detailed administrative tasks while effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuously develop professional skills and contribute to an enhanced customer experience.
You Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally present and discuss products and services.
- Ability to manage customer orders, requests, and follow-up activities accurately and efficiently across multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Experience navigating systems and following pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Mac operating systems.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology.
We Would Also Prefer:
- 3+ years of customer service, administrative support, or related experience.
- Experience in the print, marketing, promotional products, or related industry.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Advanced computer skills and a demonstrated ability to learn and implement new technologies.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Monarch ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
