Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate printing press equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.
Work Authorization:

Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Prepare inks to achieve proper color and consistency
- Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before production
- Check printing plates for correct format
- Inspect printed materials throughout production to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing deadlines
- Follow all safety requirements related to the job and equipment
Your Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30p
You Must Have:
- Ability to adjust equipment mechanisms to required tolerances
- Mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand job instructions
Requirements Within This Position:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
- Frequently required to move inside the facility
- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
We Would Also Prefer:
- Ability to work with very close tolerances
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good color discernment
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17-17.50. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
