Your Opportunity: Taylor Warehousing & Distribution is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker Kitting Department to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility. 

Your Shift:

• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday with overtime as required including some weekends.

Your Responsibilities:

• • Assemble products and components into kits according to work orders, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and customer specifications.
  • Verify product quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and packaging requirements before assembly.
  • Maintain accuracy in kit assembly to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Label, package, and stage completed kits for shipment or storage.
  • Record production and inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) or other tracking tools.
  • Perform quality inspections during and after kit assembly.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all company safety policies.
  • Assist with inventory counts, replenishment activities, and material movement as needed.
  • Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality goals.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and customer-specific requirements.

• Follow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performance of job duties

• Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise or materials

• Fills requisitions and orders

• Packs, crates, and ships products and materials to distribution center, departments, or assembly line

• May operate forklift

You Must Have:

• Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments

• Familiar with basic computer operations

• Basic Math and Reading Skills

• Ability to work as a team member and independently

We Would Also Prefer:

• Prior warehouse/receiving experience

• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred with 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
